The need
Camp Onomia depends largely on volunteers for everything from office help to
cleaning to construction crews and everyone inbetween.
Jobs Available
- office help, data entry, book keeping
- put together mailings
- weekend retreat hosting, hospitality assistance
- general cleaning, carpet shampooing, window washing, linens washing
- buildings and grounds mr fixit
- wood cutting and splitting
- carpentry, floor tile installation, hanging doors, installing windows
- painting rooms and ceilings
- plumbing repair and installation
- heating specialists (repair of Retreat Center heating system)
- lawn mowers and snow removal
- small engine repair and maintenance
- vehicle maintenance
- cooking assistance
- summer health nurse (weekly)
- summer grandparents (weekly)
- summer camp pastor (weekly)
- camp advocates- help promote camp in your local congregation!
