*** Please note that the listed summer camp fees have been subsidized by member congregation membership fees and donations from individuals by approximately 25%. Would you like to donate $100 to assist us in keeping fees at Camp Onomia as low as possible? Donations over and above the posted camp fee are tax deductable.

You will need to know the program name, date, fee, and a payment method (check, credit, debit) to register through this link.
A minimum deposit of $100 for all  summer youth and family programs is required (exception Pioneer, $75 or Beginners, $50).
You may pay the full amount at this time.
Please note that you can only register one person at a time for youth programs.
The credit card company only allows one transaction per day at the same amount. If you are registering for several programs, you will need to select a different day for your second transaction, add to the canteen account to create a different fee amount, or come back tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience, but is is a security measure.
Seasonal retreat fees are due in full.

Parental Release: I hereby acknowledge that I am the parent/guardian of the above person and give permission for the above named to attend the program listed. I give camp staff permission to seek professional medical assistance for my child in case of emergency. I give permission for Camp Onomia to use images of my child in camp printed and electronic promotional materials. I understand that I will be asked to pick up my child if behavior is disruptive to camp community and that I will be held liable for damages resulting in inappropriate behavior. Submission of this form legally signs this release.
 


After You Register....

Once you have completed your registration, be sure to download these important documents:

Summer Camp Camper News When to come, what to bring, when to get picked up

Camper Health History Form Required health history, insurance, and contact info. Bring with you.

You are also required to obtain a signed medical release or copy of a PHYSICAL if the camper has had any significant health events in the past year. Please bring with you to camp along with the above signed health history form . Notify the camp by phone at least 7 days before your program date if your camper has unique dietary or physical needs that we should be aware of.

Retreat Camper Release Form For youth attending retreats, this is a required form. Please bring this completed form with you to camp and notify us in advance of any special dietary or physical needs.


 

 

 

 

   

How to Register

1. Select your program and note dates and fees associated with your session.

2. For summer camp full week programs you may add money to your camp store account (refunded if not used.)

3. Click on the REGISTER NOW link to begin registration and submit by secure web payment via credit card, debit card, or check. OR print out the Registration Form (PDF file) above and mail with your check or credit information.

4. You will receive confirmation by email unless requested otherwise.

5. Balance of fees are due by June 1 for summer camp programs or paid in full at this time for seasonal retreat programs.


Summer Discounts

Please note that summer camp fees have already been reduced by $100 per camper through generous gifts from member congregations, organizations, and individuals!

YOUTH CAMP:

1. Register by March 15th and reduce your fee by $50 if you are from a member congregation ($20 for Pioneer sessions)
($10 for Beginner Overnight)

2. Pay your fee in full by March 15th and receive a voucher good for a free T-shirt at the camp store. (full week sessions only)

3. Recruit a friend who is not from a Lutheran church to attend a week long camp and you both get a free ice cream every day at the camp store! It is the I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM promo.
You must sign up together to receive the promo or your friend must put ICE CREAM and your name in the roommate line when they register to receive the daily treat!

4. Sign up for a second program WEEK-long session this summer and receive a $100 discount !!!

Write SECOND WEEK on your form to get the discount.

FAMILY CAMP:

1. Register and pay in full by by March 15th for a full week program and reduce your total family fee by $75 ($25 for individuals and couples)

2. Recruit a new family for a full week program who has not attended Camp Onomia as a family before and you will receive a $50 canteen clothing voucher. The new family must register in advance and include your name "recruited by" on their registration form to be valid. They will receive a $25 canteen clothing voucher!
