Are you looking for new exciting experiences at Onomia?  We have a number of programs designed just for high school students.  There are opportunities for leadership, sports camp, or a regular week at camp with chances to do new things you may not have done before. 
 
Senior High Camp
Grades 10-12
June 22-27
If you are looking for a little more adventure than your previous camp experiences, then this is the camp for you.  Overnight campouts, canoe trips, bike trips, more in depth bible studies, time with new and old friends, are just some of the fun and exciting activities that await our senior high campers.  Continue to have new experiences at Onomia with this great week of camp.

Senior High Leadership
Grades 11-12
June 15-27 or July 6-18
High schoole students who have completed tenth or eleventh grade are eligible for Senior High Leadership Camp.  Staff members will equip high-schoolers with ministry leadership skills such as leading Bible studies, songs, recreation, arts & crafts, and other activities.  High schoolers will then have an opportunity to help with parts of our summer program, putting these leadership skills to use at day camps or staying on-site as a counselor-in-training during their second week of camp.  This is a great opportunity to see if you would like to be a future Camp Onomia staff member and to gain valuable leadership skills.

Peer Ministry Training
Grades 10-12
June 23-25
Peer Ministry Training is an excellent opportunity for youth to gain leadership and faith skills.  Campers participating in Peer Ministry Training will gain skills to help them reach-out to those around them, including listening, questioning, non-verbal communication, how to welcome a stranger, values and decision-making - all in the context of a Christian faith.  You will have a chance to learn with and meet new people who share in your passion for ministry and leadership.  Youth groups are encouraged to come and take part in this excellent learning experience together to enrich the ministry at your church.

Soccer Camp
Grades 7-12
June 22-27
Would you like all the fun and excitement of camp, but would also like to strengthen your soccer skills?  If so, we have just the camp for you.  Come and be involved in our soccer camp this summer.  You will take part in all of your favorite camp activities, such as Bible studies, worship, games, crafts, and campfires, but also get the chance to learn and strengthen your skills on the soccer field.  You will learn basic and advanced soccer skills.  Don't miss out on this great new camp opportunity!

Volleyball Camp
Grades 7-12
July 6-11
Volleyball Camp provides you with all of your favorite camp activities such as Bible studies, worship, games, crafts, and campfires, as well as give you time to work on your volleyball skills.  The volleyball portion of the week will be taught by Stephanie Hennen, who has been coaching volleyball for Minneota High School for the past 15 years. You will learn basic and advanced volleyball skills from this excellent teacher.  Don’t miss out on this great camp opportunity and a chance to meet new people and learn new things.
